Franchising outlets shall not violate national regulations, laws and policies, and must strictly implement the regulations on management and operation of Yuantong Network, conduct business in accordance with the provisions of the YTO Express Network Franchise Agreement, actively cooperate with the operating principles and policies of the head office, and unconditionally implement the management of the operation center.

5. Franchising outlets must be equipped with software and hardware facilities such as YTO operation, operation, vehicles and personnel.

6. Franchising outlets enjoy unified management systems such as the right to use YTO trademarks and related elements, pre-job training, supporting services and IT support.
