The "TM" in the picture above is the abbreviation of "trademark" in English, which means that the graphic next to it is a trademark. It is in the process of applying for registration and has not yet been successfully registered.

The "R" in the picture below is circled, indicating that the graphic next to it is already a registered trademark. This circled R is the symbol of a registered trademark.

These two signs have nothing to do with "certification".
