Clothing products without trademarks are not illegal. However, the lack of manufacturer and corresponding information is a violation of Article 27 of the "Product Quality Law". The label on the product or its packaging must be authentic and meet the following requirements: (1) Have a product quality inspection certificate; (2) Have a Chinese label The product name, manufacturer name and address; (3) According to the characteristics and usage requirements of the product, if the product specifications, grades, names and contents of the main ingredients need to be marked, they should be marked accordingly in Chinese; consumers need to be informed in advance , it should be marked on the outer packaging, or relevant information should be provided to consumers in advance; (4) For products with a limited use period, the production date and safe use period or expiration date should be clearly marked in a conspicuous position; (5) Improper use may easily cause Products that are damaged or may endanger personal or property safety should have warning signs or Chinese warning instructions.
