1. Review the packaging trademark
When buying Erguotou wine, you must carefully review the wine’s trademark name, color, pattern, label, bottle cap, bottle, certificate, Gift boxes, etc. The printing of good liquor labels is very particular; the paper is fine and white, the fonts are standard and clear, the color is bright and even, the pattern registration is accurate, and the ink lines do not overlap. The edge seams of genuine packaging are neat and tight, with no uneven tightness or gaps.
2. Check the bottle caps
At present, most of the bottle caps of famous liquors in my country use aluminum metal anti-theft caps, which are characterized by smooth cap body, uniform shape, easy opening and closing. The patterns and text are neat, clear and closely aligned. If it is a counterfeit product, it often leaks out when turned upside down, the cover is not easy to twist off, and the pattern and text are blurred.
3. Observe its color
If Jingfeng Erguotou wine is packaged in a colorless and transparent glass bottle, hold the bottle in your hand, slowly turn it upside down, and observe the color of the bottle against the light. At the bottom, if there are sinking substances or cloud-like phenomena, it means that there are more impurities in the wine; if the wine does not lose its luster, is not turbid, and has no suspended matter, it means that the quality of the wine is better. Judging from the color, Erguotou should be colorless and transparent. If the wine is packaged in a porcelain bottle or a colored glass bottle, shake it slightly before opening it, and also observe the color and sediment.
4. Smell the wine
Smell the aroma, put your nose close to the mouth of the cup, and identify the height and aroma characteristics of the aroma; finally taste the taste, drink a small amount of wine and put it on your tongue Spread it out and judge whether the taste is thick, soft, mellow, rough, sour, sweet, sweet and spicy, and whether there is any aftertaste.
