Trademark infringement means: the perpetrator uses the same or similar trademark on the same or similar goods without the permission of the trademark owner, or otherwise interferes or hinders the trademark owner from using its registered trademark. Other behaviors that damage the legitimate rights and interests of the trademark owner. Counterfeit products refer to products or goods that are counterfeited using other brand names or are of low quality.

Article 990 Personal rights are the rights to life and rights enjoyed by civil subjects. Rights such as body rights, health rights, name rights, title rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, honor rights, privacy rights and other rights. Article 995: Where personality rights are infringed upon, the victim has the right to request the perpetrator to bear civil liability in accordance with the provisions of this Law and other laws. The statute of limitations does not apply to the victim's right to request to stop the infringement, remove obstacles, eliminate danger, eliminate influence, restore reputation, and make an apology.
