Whether others can use your own trademark as a trademark name cannot be generalized.

1. If the goods/services used by others with the trademark name are in unrelated industries or goods with your registered trademark, it does not cause infringement. If you want to protect your trademark brand, it is recommended to register for multiple categories or all categories.

2. If the goods/services used by others with your trademark name belong to the same goods or similar industries as your registered trademark, you can defend the trademark rights and require the other party to compensate and prohibit the use of the trademark.
