1. The system is an effective tool for management
The system is a management tool, and we have a high level of awareness of this. Employees' cognitive bias towards corporate systems is that they only see the instrumental role of the system, but do not recognize or ignore other functions of the system. This tool is often in the hands of managers. If managers are not restrained, the implementation deviation of the system can be imagined.
The system has both disciplinary provisions for violation of the system and reward provisions for compliance with the agreement. Therefore, it is wrong or one-sided to arbitrarily believe that "the system is to manage employees". The corporate system is mainly based on employee behavioral norms and work standards. It stipulates what corporate members can and cannot do, and regulates the behavior of members. Reward regulations play a guiding role in employee behavior, while disciplinary regulations play a preventive role in employee behavior. The functions of regulation, guidance and punishment must be treated equally for all members of the enterprise.
2. The system is the protective umbrella for employees
I believe many people have complained when waiting for traffic lights. The traffic lights slowed down our travel speed, but at the same time protected us. The security system is similar to this. The system restricts the freedom of members and at the same time protects individual members from interference with the "freedom" of other members. If there is no system and the fruits of employees' labor can be obtained by other members at will, then employees who work honestly will be bullied in vain. If an enterprise does not have a guard system, a salary system, or a safety system, the legitimate interests and personal safety of its members will not be guaranteed.
3. The system is the firewall of the enterprise
The enterprise system is also the criterion for the interaction between the employees of the enterprise and the employees of other enterprises, and the criterion for the interaction between the enterprise and all walks of life. If there is no system to protect the rights and interests of the company and its employees, the company's interests will be deprived of by "powerful companies" and "powerful units" when interacting with the outside world, and company employees will also be "bullied".
