before applying for trademark registration, the applicant should first make a trademark inquiry, mainly to search whether there is a prior conflict in trademark registration rights. There are three kinds of inquiries:

1. Online trademark inquiry system (which is open to the outside world by the State Trademark Office) is free of charge

2. Internal trademark inquiry system (which is the internal trademark inquiry system of the company) is free of charge

3. Official inquiry (this inquiry is to submit a trademark inquiry to the Trademark Office and entrust an inquiry staff of the Trademark Office to make inquiries)

Note: China Trademark Online inquiry system can only inquire about the Trademark Office. The Trademark Office has not disclosed the trademarks applied for in the last six months, so the internal trademark inquiry system of our company and the China Trademark Network inquiry system cannot inquire. If the applicant needs to inquire about the trademark files applied for at this stage, he must report to the Trademark Office for inquiry, and the Trademark Office will charge the above corresponding trademark inquiry fee.
