After entering the photovoltaic field, Huawei has been thinking about how to introduce modern information technology into the photovoltaic field. After years of efforts, Huawei has successfully integrated advanced digital information technology, cloud computing technology and modern communication technology into inverters, and put forward the product design concept of "silicon enters copper and retreats" and the innovative solution of "smart photovoltaic power station", which has been applied on a large scale. The solution has been recognized by customers all over the world for its high power generation, low operating cost, high reliability and large later benefits.

Huawei put forward three development concepts of photovoltaic inverter:

Through technological innovation and adhering to the development concept of digitalization, simplification and global automatic operation and maintenance, Huawei has created the overall solution of intelligent photovoltaic power station with the highest satisfaction in the world.

After Huawei entered the photovoltaic industry, it brought three important contributions to the whole industry:

Recently, Wood Mackenzie Power &;; Renewable energy released inverter sales statistics for 20 18 years. The data shows that Huawei ranks first with a market share of 22%, and according to the previous data of IHS, Huawei has ranked first in the global market share for three consecutive years.

In the past few decades, Huawei's photovoltaic inverter has promoted new development directions such as data and operation and maintenance, smart photovoltaic, and life cycle management of power stations. Through exploration, practice and integration, Huawei took the lead in introducing FusionSolar intelligent photovoltaic system and one-stop solution, and cooperated with other manufacturers to make power station owners realize the core position of inverter in photovoltaic power station system.

From the sales ranking, we can easily find that besides Huawei, China's Sunshine Power, Shangneng Electric and Goodway are also on the list, which is gratifying.

20 19, Huawei photovoltaic inverter continues to forge ahead.

On April 2nd, at the 14th Solar Energy Exhibition in Jinan, Huawei launched the first series of distributed photovoltaic inverters SUN2000(5KTL-M0, 6KTL-M0, 8KTL-M0, 10KTL-M0, 12KTL-M0) with AI blessing.

Huawei official website introduced that the SUN2000 series photovoltaic inverter is assisted by AI technology, and the big data function can actively analyze inefficient equipment and reduce operation and maintenance costs; Intelligent IV diagnosis technology automates the maintenance of power stations, and both patrol inspection and full inspection will usher in revolutionary changes. In addition, the intelligent arc detection AFCI function based on AI technology can detect and judge the generation of arc, effectively cut off the grid-connected switch, eliminate arc, actively eliminate the fire hazard caused by photovoltaic system and prevent unburned. With the introduction of artificial intelligence technology of machine learning, inverter can continuously detect the characteristic parameters of arc, thus optimizing and improving the ability to identify arc, detecting real arc more accurately and reliably, and adding a safety protection lock for your power station.

In large-scale engineering projects, Huawei also actively cooperates with industry giants around the world to promote the development of new energy.

Recently, the 300MW photovoltaic power station in Pawagda Solar Park, India, invested and developed by ReNew Power, India's largest independent renewable energy producer, was successfully connected to the grid for power generation. Huawei's full range 1500V intelligent photovoltaic solution is selected for this project, which is the first large-scale ground power station in India using high-efficiency single-crystal PERC photovoltaic module+tracking bracket+intelligent series inverter. The biggest feature of this project is the perfect integration of intelligence and efficiency, and the LCOE is reduced by more than 6%, helping India to take the lead in realizing cheap Internet access.

In addition, BayWa r.e, a European energy giant and the world's leading power station development and service provider, landed an unsubsidized power station project with a total capacity of 175MW in Don Rodrigo, southern Spain, and fully adopted Huawei 1500V intelligent photovoltaic solution. On February 22nd, the management of ACWA Power, a Saudi energy benchmarking company, accompanied the Saudi Crown Prince to visit China and signed a global cooperation memorandum with Huawei at the China-Saudi Arabia Investment Cooperation Forum. The two sides will cooperate deeply to develop the global photovoltaic market, apply the latest and most cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing to photovoltaic power station projects, and lead the industry progress with technological innovation. On March 26th, Huawei signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with TSE, the most influential photovoltaic power plant operator and investor in Thailand. The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in the construction of smart photovoltaic power plants throughout the Asia-Pacific region to accelerate the intelligent process of the new energy industry.

Although Huawei's frequency conversion products have been affirmed and trusted by customers all over the world, some irresistible factors have been plaguing Huawei's products throughout the company.

After Huawei's 5G was banned in some countries, some officials called for a ban on Huawei's photovoltaic products. They said that once large photovoltaic power plants or enterprises use Huawei's photovoltaic products, they are vulnerable to cyber attacks. It is reported that Huawei's photovoltaic products are widely used in most residential and commercial inverters in the United States. About 80% of household inverters and 50% of commercial inverters are imported from China, including many photovoltaic inverters of Huawei. Some analysts pointed out that Huawei's photovoltaic inverter has quickly occupied the American market with its advantages of high reliability, low cost and good benefit, and has reached 20% market share.

It must be said that in recent years, trade protectionism and politically motivated repression will affect the sales of Huawei products, or even completely withdraw from a specific market. However, from the development track of Huawei, we can see that this company still deserves the trust of us and our global partners. This "lock-up order" is a dilemma on the surface and a rare opportunity in the long run. If Huawei can continue to launch competitive products, these sales bans will be in name only, and the so-called rumors will be broken.
