Information provided:

The full name and detailed contact address of the manufacturer of the product applying for certification and the party applying for certification.

A copy of the installation and user manual for the certified product will be provided to the user. (If the product does not yet have a user manual, a draft copy of the relevant content can be provided)

Product electrical schematic diagram and description of working principle. (If the product has a grounding or antenna, this should be described)

The working oscillation frequency table of the relevant product should list the propagation path of the signal and the corresponding oscillation frequency.

Remarks:

1. Relevant documents must be in both Chinese and English.

2. In order to shorten the certification cycle, the information provided is preferably in the form of electronic documents.

3. During the certification process, enterprises may be required to submit other additional relevant information in response to some special circumstances.

4. After applying for the FCC ID report, you need to register online with the FCC ID

5. The product manual must have warnings

Note:

1. Provide at least one qualified prototype for each model applied for certification. (Two or more units are recommended)

2. The prototype provided must be a officially qualified prototype, and its internal electrical structure and appearance must be consistent with the batch prototypes that will be exported in the future.

3. The trademark model on the prototype must be clear and reliable.
