3. Warehouse management: There is no doubt that fresh food needs refrigerated storage, but how to ensure the freshness time in the warehouse is a big issue. For example, leafy vegetables and other commodities may be kept fresh in very different ways.

4. Logistics management: Fresh food’s logistics requirements go beyond the cold chain, which is troublesome enough. China does not have a mature cold chain system. There is also the need to ensure delivery speed under the premise of cold chain, which has very high cost and management requirements.
