1. Production method: First open PS and create a new black canvas of the same size as the original image. Use the elliptical marquee tool to create the concentric ring effect shown in the picture below. After drawing, merge the several layers of the ring and drag them into the material picture. The center position should be consistent with the center of the material picture:

2. Select the concentric circle background and press the Ctrl key to bring up the concentric ring layer layer selection, then select ---- Feather (the value is 6), then return to the background layer and press Ctrl + J to copy a layer (picture Layer 2), as shown below:

3. Press Shift + Ctrl + When applying, apply along the circle and use even pressure. Large rings require larger strokes. Press OK after painting:

4. Return to the ring layer, press Ctrl + T, and then set the width and height in the property bar above. Zoom in 20%, then confirm, then press Ctrl to click on the layer to bring up the layer selection, then select ---- Feather (value is 6), return to the background layer and press Ctrl + J to copy the layer (layer 3) :

5. Put layer 3 in the same way. Follow the above method to liquefy the ring, and then enlarge the ring by 20%. Repeat this 4 times. However, if the innermost ring is too large when enlarging, you need to add a small ring appropriately. The following picture shows all the pictures made. Layer:

6. Click the button at the bottom of the toolbar to enter the IR panel. Create 5 new frames in the animation bar and set the time to 0.2 seconds. Set the frame corresponding to the animation:

7. After setting, press the play button to play the preview, and then select the menu: File --- Save the optimization results, save it in GIF format and it's OK!
