3. Binding, submission and return of application materials
(1) Material binding requirements
Certificate materials must be glued and bound into a volume, which should generally not exceed two pages. (2) Submission requirements
1. The applicant enterprise shall submit the following written materials to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of the place (state, city) where the case occurred:

(2) "Proof of Well-known Trademark Recognition"
(3) Issued by the People's Government of the prefecture and city to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce Recommendation letter
(4) Recommendation letter issued by relevant national industry associations to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

2. The local (state, city) industrial and commercial bureau shall submit the following written materials to the autonomous region industrial and commercial bureau:

(3) Return of Materials
If a well-known or famous trademark is not recognized as a well-known or famous trademark within 3 months from the date of issuance of the announcement, the application materials shall be submitted by the local The Industrial and Commercial Bureau or the applicant enterprise can collect it from the Autonomous Region Industrial and Commercial Bureau.
