How to avoid the risk of trademark registration
There are four major risks in trademark registration, namely:

1. Trademark approximation risk: the same as or similar to the trademark previously applied by others;

2. Query blind area: there is a delay period of 3-6 months from the trademark office accepting the registration application to entering the database, and the data during this period cannot be queried;

3. Subjective judgment of the examiner: The examiner of the Trademark Office has greater discretion in judging similar trademarks during the review process.

4. Policy risk: individual trademarks cannot be registered because they do not conform to the most basic social norms of socialism, are harmful to social morality or violate the contents stipulated by law.
