1. All advertisements broadcast on our station must comply with the Advertising Law and relevant government regulations. When an advertising company or advertiser reaches Zhou Radio and Television Media Culture Development Co., Ltd. to contact the advertising business, they should issue the following procedures: advertising agency letter from the advertiser to the advertising company, business license, trademark registration certificate, production license, including medicines, health products, Cosmetics, food, medical and equipment, pesticides (seeds), recruitment (student) information, real estate information, etc. should issue legal certificates in accordance with relevant national regulations.
2. All advertisements on this station will be broadcast after payment is received. The broadcast, change and cancellation of advertisements must be contacted in advance by the radio and television advertising company. For advertisements that are withdrawn, 20% of the contract amount will be deducted as liquidated damages.
3. Any advertisements modified by our station will be subject to a service fee. For advertisements that need to be shot and produced by our station, you should contact us three days in advance, and the shooting and production fees will be charged in accordance with relevant regulations.
4. For advertisements broadcast in designated specific locations, the first and last headlines will be charged an additional 20%, the second headline will be charged an additional 15%, and the third headline will be charged an additional 10%.
5. Any advertisements broadcast on our station that are not advanced or delayed by more than 30 minutes will be regarded as the time period agreed in the contract. If it exceeds 30 minutes, it will be regarded as the most adjacent time period, and the time period will be based on the most adjacent time period. Charge a fee.
6. Advertisements broadcast on our station must not exceed the length of the advertisements stipulated in the contract.
7. The quality of advertisements broadcast on our station must meet the technical indicators of our station.
8. The station’s advertising broadcast records are proof of broadcast. If the advertising provider has any objection to the broadcast of the advertisement, it must be raised within one month after the broadcast. If there are missed or wrong advertisements, the provider must issue a monitoring report from a domestically registered advertising monitoring company, and our station will rebroadcast the same number of advertisements during the corresponding period. If the normal broadcast of advertisements is affected by temporary adjustments to the station's programs or machine failures or force majeure factors, the issue shall be resolved through negotiation between the two parties.
9. These regulations will be implemented from January 1, 2011, and the previously printed regulations on advertising broadcasts of Dazhou Radio and Television Station will cease to be used.
10. The final interpretation right of the above terms belongs to Dazhou Radio and Television Media Culture Development Co., Ltd.
