Article 26 Producers shall be responsible for the quality of the products they produce.

Product quality should meet the following requirements:

(2) It must have the usability performance that the product should have, except for the explanation of defects in the product's usability performance;

(3) ) conforms to the product standards indicated on the product or its packaging, and conforms to the quality status indicated by product descriptions, physical samples, etc.

Article 27 The logo on the product or its packaging must be authentic and meet the following requirements:

(1) Have a product quality inspection certificate;

(2) The product name, manufacturer name and address must be marked in Chinese;

(3) According to the characteristics and usage requirements of the product, product specifications, grades, names and contents of main ingredients must be indicated , it shall be marked accordingly in Chinese; if it is necessary to let consumers know in advance, it shall be marked on the outer packaging, or relevant information shall be provided to consumers in advance;

(4) Products with limited use period shall be displayed in a prominent position Clearly indicate the production date and safe use period or expiration date;

(5) Products that are used improperly and may easily cause damage to the product itself or may endanger personal or property safety should have warning signs or Chinese warning instructions.

Nude packaged food and other naked packaged products that are difficult to attach labels based on the characteristics of the product do not need to attach product labels.
