Each province is slightly different. The standards stipulated by the Shandong Provincial Notary Office are as follows:

1. Property contract;

The contract subject amount is 500,000 yuan (inclusive) For the following parts, the charge ratio is 3‰. If the amount is less than 300 yuan, it will be charged at 300 yuan; for the part from 500,000 yuan to 5 million yuan (inclusive), 1.5‰ will be charged;

500 For the portion from 10,000 yuan to 20 million yuan (inclusive), 1‰ will be charged; for the portion above 20 million yuan, 0.5‰ will be charged.

2. Granting the enforcement effect, notarial registration, and deposit of the creditor's rights document;

(1) Applications for granting the enforceable effect of the creditor's rights document, applying for notarization registration, and applying for deposit shall be made in accordance with the first Article "Property Contract" standards are charged. If the party concerned applies for notarization of the property contract and also applies for granting enforceable effect to the property contract, applies for notarization registration, and applies for deposit, no additional fees will be charged.

(2) If the party concerned applies for the issuance of an execution certificate, 1.5‰ of the execution amount stated in the execution certificate will be charged. If the amount is less than 300 yuan, 300 yuan will be charged.

3. Agreements involving identity relationships;

(1) Agreements involving identity relationships, such as adoption agreements, custody agreements, marital property agreements (pre-marital, intra-marital, divorce division) , property division agreement after inheritance, etc. 600 yuan each.

(2) The personal injury compensation agreement shall be charged according to the standard of Article 7 "Proof of Kinship for Inheritance". If the amount is less than 600 yuan, it shall be charged at 600 yuan.

4. Entrustment, declaration and guarantee;

If the party is a natural person, the fee is 300 yuan per case; if the party is a legal person, the fee is 500 yuan per case.

The notarization of the declaration or guarantee used for financing shall be collected in accordance with the standards of Article 1 "Property Contract".

5. Will;

If the will is notarized in the notary office, the fee is 1,000-2,000 yuan per piece; if the will is notarized outside the notary office, the fee is 2,000 yuan per piece. -4000 yuan. The above fees include audio recording, video recording, photography and disc burning.

6. Inheritance, gift, and bequest;

For the part below 100,000 yuan (inclusive), the charging rate is 1.2%. If the amount is less than 300 yuan, it will be charged at 300 yuan;

For the portion from RMB 100,000 to RMB 200,000 (inclusive), 1% will be charged;

The portion from RMB 200,000 to RMB 500,000 (inclusive) will be charged 0.75%;

For the portion from RMB 500,000 to RMB 1 million (inclusive), 0.5% will be charged;

For the portion from RMB 1 million to RMB 2 million (inclusive), 0.45% will be charged;

For the portion from RMB 2 million to For the portion of 5 million yuan (inclusive), 0.4% will be charged;

For the portion of 5 million yuan to 10 million yuan (inclusive), 0.35% will be charged;

For the portion above 10 million yuan, 0.1 will be charged %.

7. Proof of kinship for inheritance;

If a party applies for a certificate of kinship between the heir and the decedent, the standards for "inheritance, donation, and bequest" in Article 6 shall be followed. The fee will be reduced by half. If the amount is less than 300 yuan, the fee will be 300 yuan. If the amount of the inheritance is unknown, the fee will be negotiated.

8. Facts and documents with legal significance

(1) The natural person’s birth, survival, death, identity, previous name, domicile (residence), education, and degrees , experience, position (professional title), qualifications, no (have) criminal record, marital status, kinship (excluding proof of kinship between the heir and the decedent), ballots, fingerprints, no file records, certificates (licenses) , signature (seal), text consistency, etc. on the document, 150 yuan per item (number).

(2) Property ownership (property certificate), income status, tax status, etc. of natural persons, 300 yuan per item (number).

(3) Qualifications, credit standing, articles of association, resolutions, property ownership (property certificates), income status, tax status, certificates (licenses), signatures (seals) on documents, etc. of legal persons and other organizations, 500 yuan per piece (number).

(4) Factual adoption, custody fact, parent-child claim, 1,000 yuan each.

9. On-site supervision;

On-site supervision can charge fees according to the amount of property involved, or it can also be charged on a time basis. The charging method shall be negotiated by both parties.

If charges are based on the amount of property involved, the portion below 20 million yuan (inclusive) will be charged at 1‰; the portion above 20 million yuan will be charged at 0.5‰.

For hourly charges, the fee is 1,000 yuan per hour. Any less than 1 hour will be calculated as 1 hour. The billable time is calculated from the moment the notary enters the scene and starts working.

10. Preservation of evidence;

(1) If evidence is preserved within the office premises of the notary institution, the fee is 1,000-2,000 yuan per piece; if evidence is preserved outside the office premises of the notary institution, the fee shall be charged per piece. 2,000-4,000 yuan per piece.

(2) If the proof of delivery by mail is preserved, the fee will be reduced by half according to the above standards.

If the evidence preservation time exceeds 4 hours, the second case will be charged; if it exceeds 8 hours, the third case will be charged, and so on. The time for notarization of preservation evidence includes the time the notary public is in transit from the notary institution to the preservation location.

11. Copy fee;

20 yuan per copy.
