There is a fire-breathing sow dragon hidden in the Black Dragon Pool at the foot of Diancang Mountain in Dali, Yunnan. It comes out every three years to make trouble and even becomes a fire-breathing monk. Always making waves, hurting people and animals and destroying villages. For many years, people living in Diancang Mountain were restless. One day, Master Yang, an old carpenter of Bai nationality, took his son seven catties through the Black Dragon Pool. Seven Jin was unfortunately burned into a pile of ashes by the fire from the sow dragon when he was fetching water in Longtan. Carpenter Yang lost his beloved son and made up his mind to kill him. With superb skills, he kept carving from morning till night, and finally carved a wooden dragon and threw it into the pool to fight the sow dragon. However, the sow dragon is fierce, and the two dragons fight with each other. After several rounds, Mulong was wiped out by the sow dragon. Poplar carpenter didn't lose heart. With the support of local people and blacksmith Zhao, he carved a bigger wooden dragon and fitted it with strong iron claws. The second battle began. Carpenter Yang struggled to beat the drums, and everyone cheered. Damulong was mighty and good at fighting, and finally defeated the sow dragon. At the foot of Diancang Mountain, people are beaming and the earth is bright.
