The origin of graphic design: The history of graphic design starts from the ancient Lascaux caves and spans to the dazzling neon lights of modern Ginza. Throughout this long history, and during the rapid development of visual communication in the twentieth century, the boundaries between advertising art, graphic design and fine art have occasionally been blurred.
