(a), Chongqing enterprise name shall not contain the following contents and words:
1, which is harmful to national and social interests;
2. It may cause deception or misunderstanding to the public;
3. Names of foreign countries (regions) and international organizations;
4, the name of the political party, the name of the party, government and military organs, the name of mass organizations, social organizations and the name of the army;
5. Prohibited by other laws and administrative regulations.
(2) The name of an enterprise shall be in Chinese characters conforming to national norms, and foreign characters, Chinese Pinyin and Arabic numerals shall not be used.
(3) If the word "international" is used in the middle of the name, the word "international" can not be used as the name or business characteristics, but only as a modifier of business characteristics, and should conform to the habits of industry terms, such as international trade and international freight forwarding.
(4) If the name of a natural person is used as the font size, the natural person shall be the investor or shareholder of the enterprise. It should be noted that the name of the investor used is the same as that of the party and state leaders or revolutionaries of the older generation, and it shall not be used.
(five), with a trademark as the font size, it shall submit the consent letter issued by the trademark owner and the certificate of the relevant state departments on the trademark.
(six), the use of the word "Zhongguancun", should be issued by the "Zhongguancun Science Park Construction Leading Group Office" opinion.
Two, the name of the enterprise meets one of the following circumstances, the company name shall not be approved:
1. It is the same as the name of an enterprise in the same industry approved or registered by the same administrative department for industry and commerce, except that it has an investment relationship;
2. It is the same as the original name changed by other enterprises less than 1 year ago;
3. It has the same name as an enterprise whose registration has been cancelled or whose business license has been revoked for less than 3 years;
4. Other acts in violation of laws and administrative regulations;
5. If the name of an enterprise needs to be translated into a foreign language, it shall be translated and used by the enterprise itself according to the principle of text translation, without reporting to the administrative department for industry and commerce for approval and registration;
Three. Provisions on the verification of company name and the particularity of company naming:
According to the Opinions on Further Strengthening the Supervision of the Tangible Market (No.239 of Beijing Zhengfa [20065438+0]), the name of the tangible market registered in our city is verified according to the following two situations:
1. The market organizer shall be registered as an enterprise legal person, and the name shall be uniformly approved as "administrative division+font size+business characteristics+market+organizational form";
2. The market name is uniformly approved as "administrative division+font size+business characteristics+market";
3. If an enterprise as a legal person runs multiple markets, it shall register its branches, and the name shall be uniformly approved as "name of enterprise as a legal person+serial number or trade name+market".
Four, Chongqing registered company name can be named according to the following rules:
1, Chongqing+Brand+Industry+Co., Ltd.
2. Name+(Chongqing)+Industry+Limited Company
3. Brand name+industry+(Chongqing)+Co., Ltd.
