What are the fonts in trademark registration?
The law has the following provisions on fonts in registered trademarks:

(a) the font of a registered trademark must be able to distinguish it from other commodities, that is, it cannot be the same as or similar to what others have registered;

(2) The font of the trademark should reflect the exclusiveness of the trademark;

(3) other provisions of the law on the font of registered trademarks.

Article 8 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)

Any sign that can distinguish the goods of natural persons, legal persons or other organizations from the goods of others, including words, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs, color combinations and sounds, and the combination of the above elements, can apply for registration as a trademark.

Article 9

The trademark applied for registration shall have distinctive features and be easy to identify, and shall not conflict with the legal rights previously obtained by others.

Trademark registrants have the right to indicate "registered trademarks" or registration marks.

Article 11

The following signs shall not be registered as trademarks:

(a) only refers to the common name, figure and model of the commodity;

(2) directly indicating only the quality, main raw materials, functions, uses, weight, quantity and other characteristics of commodities;

(three) other lack of distinctive features.

A trademark listed in the preceding paragraph may be registered as a trademark if it has obvious characteristics and is easy to identify after use.
