Article 3 The administrative departments of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, and fishery of governments at or above the county level (hereinafter collectively referred to as the agricultural product quality and safety supervision and management departments) shall be responsible for the supervision and management of the quality and safety of agricultural products within their respective administrative regions according to the division of responsibilities. Article 13: Implement a real-name purchase system for highly toxic and highly toxic pesticides. Article 30 If governments at all levels, agricultural product quality and safety supervision and management departments or other relevant departments and their staff commit any of the following acts, the persons with leadership responsibilities and other relevant responsible persons shall be punished in accordance with the law.
