According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Trademark Agents, if a person with a bachelor's degree or above in law or a bachelor's degree in other majors and with the same academic qualifications passes the trademark agent qualification examination, the Trademark Office will grant the trademark agent qualification and issue the Trademark Agent Qualification Certificate. Persons who have a master's degree in law or above, have certain experience in trademark law, or have been engaged in trademark law teaching and research and trademark management for a long time, who apply for trademark agency work, shall be granted the qualification of trademark agent after being approved by the Trademark Office, and shall be awarded the qualification certificate of trademark agent.
