I applied for the Silk Kiss World trademark to the General Administration on November 25, 2009, and it was accepted on July 15, 2010. I received a rejection notice because it was similar to the applied trademark Silk World. I issued another application review and supplementary materials on August 5, 2010. I raise the following questions:

First, the Silk World trademark has been declared invalid;

Second, the Silk Kiss World trademark applied by Yiwu Jinluda Socks Industry on December 21, 2009 , one month later than I applied, they had already received the preliminary review announcement on June 13, 2012. We both applied for Category 25, and the swimsuits in Category 25 they applied for have all received preliminary review announcements. However, I applied one month earlier than them. Why haven’t I received the preliminary review announcement yet?

If I submit a trademark administrative reconsideration application to your office, how should I submit it? Who should I write as the recipient of the mail? If the address of the Trademark Office has been changed, yours should still be the original one. Do application documents need to be submitted in duplicate?
