(2) Application form for voluntary copyright registration of works. (3) Description of the copyright registered work: mainly briefly describes the content and creation process of the work. (The instruction manual must be signed by the author) (4) Original and copy of the copyright-registered work. (5) Rights guarantee for copyright registration. 4. Pay the copyright registration fee: If the application is approved, the Copyright Office will issue a payment notice, and then the applicant or agent needs to pay the corresponding copyright registration fee in accordance with the requirements of the notice. 5. Formal acceptance of copyright registration application: After the submitted copyright registration application meets the registration requirements and the corresponding application fee is paid, the Copyright Office will formally accept it. 6. Copyright registration review: After formal acceptance, the Copyright Office will conduct a series of standard reviews to check whether there are any problems with the application or whether it was applied by the author himself. 7. Issuing a Copyright Registration Certificate: After passing the review, the Copyright Office will issue a "Copyright Registration Certificate" within approximately two months.
