Singapore can apply for trademark registration through a single country, that is, directly submit the registration application to the Singapore Intellectual Property Office, or submit the registration application to the International Bureau through Madrid.

(1) Single country application process:

Submit registration application to Singapore Intellectual Property Office-accept-review-announcement (2 months)-approve registration-issue registration certificate (electronic).

(2) Madrid application process (taking China's main application as an example):

Submit Madrid international application to China Trademark Office-China Trademark Office for examination and acceptance-notify payment-International Bureau for examination-Designated country (Singapore Intellectual Property Office) for examination-announcement (2 months)-Approved registration (approved registration certificate) (electronic).
