There are two ways, one is to register with the Trademark Office in Beijing, and the other is to register a trademark with a trademark agency.

1. Ask about the trademark first. It is more reliable to find an agency with thoughtful service and excellent professionalism;

2. About 20 days after the application is submitted, the Trademark Office will issue an application acceptance notice (this period is called the formal examination stage).

3. After the formal review is completed, it will take about 1 year to 1 year and a half to enter the substantive review stage.

4. Those who pass the substantive examination shall enter the announcement procedure (this period is 3 months, also called the objection period);

5. After the expiration of the announcement, if there is no objection, you can get the registration certificate.

If you go to the Trademark Office to register a trademark, it is ok if you are in Beijing or go to Beijing conveniently, but it is inconvenient if you are far away from Beijing; Moreover, registered trademarks have to be audited by the Trademark Office, and there is an objection stage after the approval. Therefore, it is best to make a trademark inquiry before registering a trademark.

Second, the trademark registration fee

Trademark registration fee is divided into two parts: inquiry fee (if necessary) and registration fee.

Registration fee: official fee 1000.00 yuan/piece, agency fee 800.00 yuan/piece, total: 1800.00 yuan/piece (no need to pay any fees within ten years).
