1. Prepare relevant materials and submit an application for trademark transfer to the Trademark Office;

2. The Trademark Office accepts the application for trademark transfer within one or two months from 1 and issues a notice of acceptance of the transfer.

3. After acceptance, the Trademark Office will examine the trademark in detail within four to six months.

4. After examination and approval, make an announcement and issue a Certificate of Approval for the Transfer of Registered Trademarks.

Legal basis: Article 56 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the exclusive right to use a registered trademark is limited to the registered trademark and the goods approved for use.
