That's because the apic in the motherboard bios has been changed, resulting in an error. This is an advanced program interrupt control.

Once it is set in the motherboard and cannot be changed after the system is installed,

If it is changed, the original installed system cannot be started!

So there are only two solutions.

1, enter the bios and change it back.

2. Reinstall the system
