Some information collected when making documents before. The certificate of origin depends on which type the landlord is applying for!
Certificate of Origin (CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN) is a certification document provided by the exporter at the request of the importer and issued by a notary agency or the government or the exporter to prove the origin or manufacturing place of the goods. The certificate of origin is a valid certificate for the trading parties to hand over goods, settle payment, claim settlement, customs clearance and acceptance by the importing country, and collect tariffs. It is also a certificate for the exporting country to enjoy quota treatment and the importing country to implement different trade policies for different exporting countries. A commercial certificate is a document that proves the origin or place of manufacture of goods. Its main purpose is to provide the customs of the importing country to determine the country of production of the goods, so as to determine the tax rate that should be levied on imported goods. Some countries restrict imports from certain countries. Importing goods from or to a certain region also requires a certificate of origin to prove the origin of the goods. The certificate of origin is generally issued by the notary office or industrial and commercial group in the place of export. In our country, it is issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. The meaning of embassy certification: In recent years, with the development of economic globalization, my country's export trade to the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and other countries and regions has been growing, and a large number of high-quality and low-price goods have occupied the markets of these countries. Therefore, in order to protect the interests and markets of their own enterprises, these countries have formulated trade protection measures and product restriction policies, requiring that the relevant documents for goods exported from my country must be certified by their embassy in China. Go through the customs clearance procedures of the country of import. Common ones include Argentina and Egypt. The customs of these countries clearly stipulate that all goods exported from my country to these countries must issue a general certificate of origin. After being reviewed by the embassy in China, a seal will be stamped on the back of the certificate and the certificate will be marked. Only after confirmation can the goods be cleared through customs smoothly. This practice of stamping and authenticating valid documents by the embassy in China is called "embassy authentication."

The certificate of origin is one of the necessary documents in trade. It is very important to understand its nature and purpose. Generally, the certificates of origin listed above are relatively common. Each organization has a targeted system to standardize the content and requirements for its issuance. The Commodity Inspection Bureau generally uses the Jiucheng system for online entry and approval of visas. The Council for the Promotion of International Trade also has a special system. The Foreign Economic and Trade Commission uses the electronic key of the e-commerce center for declaration and approval. The following takes the Dalian Commodity Inspection Bureau as an example to introduce the process of applying for a certificate of origin: 1. The enterprise must register with the certificate of origin department of the Commodity Inspection Bureau, provide a hand signer, and install Jiucheng's software at the same time. 2. The Commodity Inspection Bureau will review the filing information provided. Once qualified, you can obtain a registration number, and an annual review will be conducted every year on the registration date. 3. The management of hand signers in Dalian is relatively strict. Those who participate in the study class are changed from temporary talents to formal hand signers. 4. Contact Ninetowns Company to install the software. After all preparations are completed, it’s time to record, issue, review, and collect evidence. 5. Before entering the certificate, find a record book and record the main information. The purpose is to ensure that the certificate number cannot be repeated in the future. The record content includes: certificate number, invoice number, date and other main information. 6. It takes a while to become familiar with the software. This software covers most of the business of the Commodity Inspection Bureau. 7. Remember one principle when entering, that is, the places marked in yellow must be entered. After typing, use the print certificate function to check whether there are errors in the number of words in the certificate content, etc. 8. Choose to send first. Remember to send repeatedly during the certificate issuance process. You must see the receipt of the message to confirm that the certificate issuance is successful. 9. Wait for the commodity inspection personnel to review the content of the certificate sent. If there are problems, they will write down the reasons, check whether there are problems in the corresponding columns, and send them after modification. 10. Frequently Asked Questions: Transportation details, corresponding to the third column of the certificate, the Chinese product name does not match the product code. 11. One detail that needs to be paid attention to is: in general, all the contents of the description of the goods in the certificate of origin are marked above the asterisk on the certificate, but in FORMA, except for the packaging quantity, all contents are marked below the asterisk, so if you want to indicate the credit Contents such as certificate numbers must be included in special terms. This is a requirement here in Dalian. I don’t know what the requirements are in other places. 12. After receiving the correct verification receipt, you can go to collect the evidence. When collecting the evidence, you need to provide an export invoice and print out the certificate. I usually print out the accompanying invoice in the system and stamp it with the settlement seal and official seal. Don’t forget to stamp the company’s English stamp on the certificate. This stamp can be engraved separately, either in pure English or in Chinese and English. By the way, don’t forget to sign the signer’s name!
