What kinds of trademarks can be divided into?
Graphic trademark refers to a trademark composed of graphics. Generally, there are two kinds: (1) taking a certain image pattern as a trademark/such as the seagull graphic trademark used by Shanghai Third Daily Chemical Factory; (2) Trademarks composed of simple geometric figures or color blocks, such as black and white trademarks composed only of black and white blocks. Graphic trademarks should be recognizable, so that people can know that they are commodity trademarks at a glance. Graphic trademarks are not limited by language. In any language country or region, anyone who knows graphics will understand the meaning of a trademark. The disadvantage of graphic trademarks is that they are inconvenient to call.

Second, classification

(1) Mark trademark: refers to a trademark with simple symbols;

(2) Geometric graphic trademarks: trademarks composed of abstract graphics;

(3) Natural graphic trademark: it is a graphic trademark that takes people, animals and plants, natural scenery and other natural objects as objects. Some are physical pictures, and some are trademarks made of processed, refined, generalized and exaggerated natural graphics.
