The rejection notice is received because the submitted materials are incomplete or incorrect, and the Trademark Office will return them. As long as the Trademark Office has fulfilled the review procedures stipulated by law, the trademark registration fee of 600 yuan/piece will not be refunded regardless of whether the trademark registration is successful or not.
