Tea in China is divided into seven categories, including six basic teas and reprocessed teas. The six basic teas include green tea, yellow tea, oolong tea, black tea, black tea and white tea. The reprocessed Chaze is based on basic tea, including scented tea, pressed tea, extracted tea and fruity tea.
According to the different processing technology, tea can be divided into: green tea, yellow tea, white tea, oolong tea, black tea and black tea, which is what we often call "six basic teas".
