Suichuan salted duck has beautiful appearance, almond shape, neat knife edge, complete epidermis, smooth and hairless body surface and milky white skin color. Its dried meat is crisp, salty and chewy, with full tail oil and unique taste.

The dried salted duck processed from this duck has less hairy roots, white skin and high lean meat rate, and the export rate is 20% higher than the original. 65438-0999 Ji 'an Regional Technical Supervision Bureau issued the enterprise standard of Suixing Dried Duck Co., Ltd. Since then, the production technology of salted duck has been standardized, which has promoted the improvement of product quality and output and broadened the market. New varieties of vacuum packaging and carton gift packaging have been continuously introduced, and the product sales market has expanded. In addition to the original Southeast Asian countries and domestic Guangdong, Guangxi and Fujian markets, it has also opened up markets in Hunan, Shanghai, Zhejiang and Beijing. In the same year, Suixing salted duck Co., Ltd. was established, and the Suixing trademark was registered in September 2000, ending the history of using Nan 'an trademark for Suichuan salted duck for more than 80 years. In 2002, "Suixing salted duck" was awarded as a famous trademark in Jiangxi Province.
