The Trademark Review and Adjudication Board will serve a copy of the "Application for Review of Trademark Objection" to the other party and provide a deadline for reply. If you are unable to respond or refuse to respond within the time limit, the review of the objection will proceed as usual. After hearing the opinions of both parties to the objection, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board conducts a collective review and deliberation, and makes a final ruling based on the opinions of the majority of the members. If the objection is established, the preliminary examination of the opposed trademark will be revoked; if the objection cannot be established, the opposed trademark will be registered and announced. The final ruling has legal effect, and the parties and trademark departments must strictly implement it.
