This morning, we gathered at the entrance of the People's Building. I got in the car with a happy mood. We laughed and laughed in the car, and before we knew it, we arrived at Yanghe Winery.
At around nine o'clock, we arrived at Yanghe Winery. The first thing we visited was the Beauty Spring. Standing next to the Beauty Spring, what caught our eyes was the statue of a girl. The tour guide told us that the girl was named Mei Xiang, and told us the story of Mei Xiang and the Beauty Spring. Yanghe wine is known as the strong-flavor type. The famous Yanghe Daqu and the well-known Blue Classic series are both produced by Yanghe Winery. Yanghe Daqu flourished in the Sui and Tang Dynasties and flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In the Qing Dynasty, it became a tribute to the royal family. At the beginning of the 20th century, Yanghe Daqu won gold medals at the Panama International Exposition and the Nanyang Famous Wine Competition. In 1979, it ranked among the top eight liquors in China. Blue Classic is a high-end brand launched by Jiangsu Yanghe Winery in August 2003. The Blue Classic trademark has been recognized as a well-known trademark in China by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
Then we went to the underground wine cellar. As soon as we arrived at the door, we were greeted by the aroma of wine, which became stronger the further we walked in. The tour guide told us that the jars containing the wine were wrapped in hundreds of sheets of sponge paper, and the wine would need to be stored for three years or even more than ten years before it could be fermented into fine wine. The young reporters were amazed after hearing this. There was a sigh.
Finally, we visited the exhibition hall. There are two well-known trademarks and some pictures about Yanghe Winery in the exhibition hall. These pictures represent the glory of Yanghe Winery from ancient times to the present.
We left Yanghe Distillery smelling of alcohol and wished Yanghe Distillery could produce better liquor.
