Failure to deal with trademark infringement will damage the rights of trademark owners. Specifically, disputes arising from trademark infringement shall be settled by the parties through consultation. Unwilling to negotiate or failing to negotiate, the trademark registrant or interested party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court or request the administrative department for industry and commerce to handle it. If the defendant ignores it, the trademark owner may request the court to enforce it. If a trademark is infringed by others, you can defend your rights through administrative means, that is, you can complain to the administrative department for industry and commerce or bring a lawsuit directly to the court.

Article 52 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) uses an unregistered trademark as a registered trademark, or uses an unregistered trademark in violation of the provisions of Article 10 of this Law, the local administrative department for industry and commerce shall stop it, make corrections within a time limit, and may notify it. If the illegal business amount is more than 50,000 yuan, a fine of less than 20% of the illegal business amount may be imposed; if there is no illegal business amount or the illegal business amount is less than 50,000 yuan, a fine of less than 1 10,000 yuan may be imposed.
