The final judgment of the Jiangsu Provincial Higher People’s Court

On November 1, 2012, the Jiangsu Provincial Higher People’s Court made the final judgment: it was determined that Qingdao Kebisiwei Catering Management Co., Ltd. The use of "N Duo Sushi" does not constitute an infringement of the exclusive right of Pu Hongliang's registered trademark "N Duo" involved in the case. After the first-instance and second-instance courts ascertained the facts, the court finally made the following determination on the subjective intention reflected in Pu Hongliang’s behavior involved in the case:

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce’s recognition of the N-duo sushi trademark

On August 14, 2012, the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce ruled that N Duopu Hongliang maliciously opposed the "N Duo Sushi" trademark and determined that the "N Duo Sushi" trademark should be registered. The trademark certificate has been issued.

The National Copyright Office recognized the copyright of Nduo Sushi trademark

On September 1, 2010, the Copyright Office of the People's Republic of China and the State Council approved the design drawing of the "Nduo Sushi trademark" "Copyright identification, registration number is: 2010-F-030134.
