Anyone who sets off fireworks and firecrackers at a time or place where it is prohibited to set off fireworks or firecrackers, or sets off fireworks and firecrackers in a manner that endangers public safety or personal or property safety, shall be ordered by the public security department to stop setting off fireworks and firecrackers, and A fine of not less than 100 yuan but not more than 500 yuan will be imposed; those who violate public security management will be punished in accordance with the law.
