How to solve the problem of blooming after digital printing of polyester fiber
The fibers of printed fabric are wet and contain moisture, and the color paste will extend and penetrate to the part outside the pattern due to the capillary action of the fibers, resulting in color bleeding. There is water on the rubber guide belt that is not scraped dry, which leads to water infiltration into the fabric and color bleeding. Therefore, when printing, the fabric should be dry and the moisture on the guide belt should be scraped dry.

The viscosity of color paste should be well controlled. If the viscosity is too low, the color paste will penetrate into the fabric from the edge of the pattern. According to the performance of printed fabric, the dosage of reactive dyes is reasonably allocated, and the dosage of resist and reducing agent is appropriately controlled.

Scraping pressure should not be too large, too large will make the screen adhesive layer wear under strong pressure for a long time, leading to color paste infiltration.
