The municipal sewage pipe network project is divided into three sub-unit projects: road project, sewage project and rainwater project, and each sub-unit project is divided into sub-projects, sub-projects and inspection lots. The construction administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level and other relevant departments shall strengthen supervision and inspection of the implementation of laws, regulations and mandatory standards on the quality of construction projects.

Article 48

The construction administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level and other relevant departments shall have the right to take the following measures when performing their duties of supervision and inspection:

(a) to require the inspected unit to provide documents and materials on the quality of the project;

(two) to enter the construction site of the inspected unit for inspection;

(three) found that there are problems affecting the quality of the project, shall be ordered to correct.
