Declaration conditions

1. The enterprise must be registered and established for more than one year when applying for certification (it must be established for 365 calendar days)

3. Enterprises obtain ownership of intellectual property rights that play a core supporting role in the technology of their main products (services) through independent research and development, transfers, donations, mergers and acquisitions, etc.;

Intellectual property rights evaluated according to Category II can only be used once when applying for high-tech enterprises.

(3) The validity of the patent when applying for recognition shall be subject to the fact that the enterprise obtains the authorization certificate or authorization notice and provides the payment receipt before applying for recognition.

5. Enterprises engaged in R&D and related technological innovation activities The proportion of scientific and technological personnel in the total number of employees of the enterprise in that year shall not be less than 10% (part-time and temporary employees must have worked in the enterprise for more than 183 days in total).

6. The ratio of the total research and development expenses of the enterprise in the past three fiscal years (the actual operating period is less than three years based on the actual operating time, the same below) to the total sales revenue in the same period meets the following requirements: (3 Annual R&D special audit support)
