Step one: name verification

Apply to the "Notice of Self-Declaration of Enterprise Name" on the website of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce 》 has been reviewed and the previous "Company Name Pre-Approval Notice" will no longer be accepted (except for pre-approval). Since August 20, 2018, the relevant systems for enterprise name reform in Guangdong Province have been fully implemented. Except for enterprise names that should be approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the law or involve pre-approval matters, the enterprise registration authority provides applicants with enterprise name self-declaration services through the Guangdong Provincial Self-Declaration Service System, and pre-approval of enterprise names will no longer be implemented.

Materials that need to be prepared:

1. Apply for registration on the website of Dongguan Industrial and Commercial Bureau;

2. Apply for registration of company name and fill in the company name Basic information (company type, shareholder information, equity ratio, registered capital, business scope). After completion, you can obtain the "Notice of Independent Declaration of Enterprise Name" and "Credit Commitment Letter of Independent Declaration of Enterprise Name".

Second step: Establishment registration (online application, on-site certificate collection)

Step 5: Tax registration (online application and on-site collection)

1. Original and 4 copies of the company’s business license.

2. Two copies of the company’s articles of association;

3. Original and 4 copies of the company’s ID card, and 4 copies of the shareholder’s ID card. The legal person must be present.

4. Official seal, private seal, financial seal and service seal

Dongguan Shipai company registration fee:

1. Name approval: 0 yuan;
