Second, go to the relevant departments for entrusted processing for the record (which department issues the production license will go to that department for the record), and the required materials:

Relevant information of the entrusting party: business license, trademark registration certificate, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, legal person ID card and agent ID card.

Information of the entrusted party: business license, production license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, product label of entrusted processing, legal person ID card and agent ID card.

Other materials required by relevant departments.

Except that the labels of the products entrusted for processing need to be printed in color, only copies of other materials are provided, and all materials must be stamped with official seals.
