Note: Be sure to write the business license address. The Trademark Office will review it and consider that your business license address is inconsistent with what you filled in. You will not be able to apply for a digital certificate, and there is no way to apply online.
Contact person: Write the contact person, phone number, and email that can receive letters from the Trademark Office. This email address is the email address where the Trademark Office will notify you of sending documents. It must be an email address that can receive emails, download of digital certificates, etc. This email address will also be used to send the verification code.
Step 3: Download the soft certificate and install it
After the user passes the review, he will be notified via email and downloaded and installed.
Step 4: Log in to the system and apply for registration
Finally, we upload the LOGO pattern, usually black and white, within 800*800 pixels.

II. Registration Instructions
If a natural person, legal person or other organization needs to obtain the exclusive right to trademark for the goods or services it produces, manufactures, processes, selects or distributes, it shall comply with the law. Submit a trademark registration application to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the Trademark Office). In the narrow sense, trademark registration applications only refer to goods and service trademark registration applications, international trademark registration applications, certification trademark registration applications, collective trademark registration applications, and special sign registration applications. In addition to the content of trademark registration applications in the narrow sense, trademark registration applications in the broad sense also include applications for change, renewal, transfer registration, objection applications, trademark license contract filing applications, and the handling of other trademark registration matters.
3. Registration Procedure
The applicant for trademark registration shall submit an application, and after review by the Trademark Office, a preliminary approval announcement will be made. If no one raises an objection or the objection is ruled to be untenable, the trademark shall be That is, the registration takes effect and is protected by law. The trademark registrant enjoys the exclusive right to the trademark. It takes about one to one and a half years from application to approval of registration for a trademark. There is no statutory time limit for the approval or rejection of a trademark registration application. The Trademark Office will review and announce the trademark, and then issue a trademark registration certificate. The trademark has been approved. The time period for trademark review may change at any time based on the speed of internal review at the Trademark Office. The validity period of a registered trademark is ten years, calculated from the date of approval of registration. If the registered trademark expires and needs to be continued to be used, you can apply for trademark renewal registration.
IV. Registration information
1. If you apply in the name of a company, you need to provide a copy of the business license. If you apply in the name of an individual, you need to provide a self-employed industrial and commercial business certificate. Copy of license and ID card.
2. 6 trademark images. For color trademarks of specified colors, 5 coloring drawings and 1 black and white ink drawing should be submitted. The trademark pattern provided must be clear and easy to paste, and must be made of smooth and durable paper or replaced by a photo. The length and width must be no more than 10 cm and no less than 5 cm (approximately the size of a business card). If the direction of the trademark pattern is unclear, arrows should be used to indicate the top and bottom. When applying for a cigarette or cigar trademark, the image can be as large as the actual one used.

Legal basis:
1. Article 28 of the Trademark Law: For a trademark applied for registration, the Trademark Office shall wait nine months from the date of receipt of the trademark registration application documents. 2. Article 72 of the Trademark Law: Those who apply for trademark registration and handle other trademark matters must pay fees, and the specific fee standards will be determined separately.
3. Article 10 of the Trademark Law Concerns the Legal Basis for Trademark Registration Examination The following signs shall not be used as trademarks:
(1) Same as those of the People’s Republic of China and the People’s Republic of China The name of the country, national flag, national emblem, military flag or medal is the same or similar, as well as the name of a specific place where the central state agency is located or the name or figure of a landmark building;

(7) Exaggerated and deceptive propaganda;
(8) Harmful to socialist morals or having other adverse effects.
Place names of administrative divisions at or above the county level or foreign place names known to the public shall not be used as trademarks. However, exceptions are made where place names have other meanings or are part of collective trademarks or certification marks; registered trademarks using place names will continue to be valid.
