There are a large number of growers in Raoping County.

The Shunheyuan Ginger Planting Professional Cooperative in Raoping County, Chaozhou City was established in October 2014. It has 42 contributing members and has driven 106 farmers. The cooperative has a production base of 900 acres and has driven farmers to plant more than 1,000 acres. It is the main undertaking body of the "One Village, One Product" project in Guangdong Province. In April 2016, the "Shunlin Garden" trademark was registered. In 2019, we cooperated with South China Agricultural University to build a rural revitalization service station (Niuge Station).

After 6 years of development, the cooperative has developed into a comprehensive service cooperative integrating southern ginger planting, processing, and sales. In 2020, it was awarded the Guangdong Provincial Model Cooperative. In 2019, the cooperative's sales reached 4.885 million yuan, helping 21 poor households successfully escape poverty. Today, the number of members has increased from 5 when it was founded to 42, and the planting area of ??southern ginger has increased from the initial 90 acres to more than 900 acres.
