"Lawyers' Fees" Article 8 The fees for lawyers' services formulated by the government shall fully consider the local economic development level, social affordability and the long-term development of the lawyer industry. The fee is determined according to the average cost of compensating lawyers' services, plus reasonable profits and statutory taxes.
