The name of the filing agency is published on the Trademark Office website. After applying for trademark registration, the Trademark Office will issue a "Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Registration". In about 6 months, the detailed information of the trademark application can be found on the China Trademark Online. About 8 months later, if the trademark is found to be rejected during the review, it will be rejected, a formal "Trademark Rejection Notice" will be issued, and the detailed reasons for rejection will be notified. (Note: This step depends on the trademark. If the trademark passes the review and is not rejected, this step will not apply.) In about 1 year, the Trademark Office will complete the review and officially announce it on the China Trademark Online. About 15 months later, the announcement period expired and no objection was raised. A "Trademark Registration Certificate" will be issued. At this point, the trademark registration process ends and the trademark registration is completed. U.S. trademark use certification fees: For trademark registration, the Trademark Office charges a fee of 1,000 yuan. This fee is a unified administrative fee across the country and is charged on a per-item basis. If you entrust an agent, the agent will be around 800 yuan. Therefore, the total cost of trademark registration is usually 1,800 yuan. No other fees will be incurred in the process.
