Following market requirements, in the 1990s, some domestic institutions introduced foreign organic food standards and implemented organic food certification.

Finally, let’s talk about the three standards, which one is more reassuring? There is no doubt that organic food certification is the most reassuring, and its standards are also the highest, requiring full production, transportation, storage and packaging, etc. No chemical or biological agents or other additives are allowed in the process. Therefore, the output of organic food is not high and the price is relatively expensive, at least several times the price of ordinary vegetables. Green food standards are inferior to organic food standards. The production process allows the use of chemical and biological agents such as pesticides and fertilizers, but the residues in the finished products are required not to exceed the standards. Pollution-free food has the lowest requirements, and the standard requirements are inferior to green food, but relatively speaking. It is said that they are vegetables available on the market that are worthy of the people's trust and have prices that are close to the people.
