2) Your registered trademark is text+graphics, so it is infringement for others to use your graphics as a trademark in the same industry. You can sue each other.

3) If others use it in different industries, you'd better apply for a copyright for your design graphics. If others use the graphic anywhere, it will infringe your copyright. You can object to the other party's trademark.
